Your key responsibilities In this role, you'll be assisting with numerous payroll duties where you will exercise excellent time management and customer service skills. Provide assistance in delivering accurate and timely payroll support Complete customer requests such as terminations, adjustments and classifications changes. Monitor and respond to internal customer enquiries, via phone and email Maintain personnel data and customer support databases to ensure systems reflect current information. Attend team meetings and provide feedback and input on operational issues. Provide assistance to other Payroll Officers and Payroll teams. About You Driven and willing to learn. Must be meticulous and have a high attention to detail Little to no experience needed, suitable for someone just finishing University and wanting to commence your career. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to handle challenging phone calls. You must have strong query resolution skills.
