About the Opportunity
This large Australian organisation manages a significant operational workforce and has an opportunity for an HR advisor to support the HR team on workforce initiatives for 7 months.
About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will provide support to HR Business Partners involved in EBA projects and rolling out Workday across the organisation.
* Provide HR advice on organisational policy and procedures
* Interpret and advise on EBA queries
* Conduct investigations and case management
* Prepare documentation and ensure compliance
This role requires travel to different sites across the Hunter/Central Coast regions, which will be reimbursed.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Solid experience in a HR Advisory role, including EBA interpretation and Employment Relations, ideally from an operational organisation
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide advice and guidance to employees and managers
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
* A valid Driver's License and your own vehicle
