About the role
Business Services team requires a temporary Customer Service Officer to support the Customer Service and Enrolment team during a busy period as they prepare for the new year.
Accountabilities
* Priority responsibilities will include triaging inbound phone calls, responding to customer queries, taking messages and redirecting as needed.
* Other priority responsibilities will include checking all Enrolment applications and related forms to ensure they are complete before being processed by the Customer Service team for final onboarding and invoicing.
* This role will also provide other administrative support as requested in alignment with the responsibilities of the Customer Service Officer PD and all related project plans, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
* Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration and or Children's Services
* Children's Services industry experience.
* Knowledge of early childhood education and care applicable legislation/regulations
* Above average inbound call centre experience
* Above average verbal and written communication skills
* Above average Microsoft 365 experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, Planner)
* Child care management software (CCMS) experience
* Working with Children Check, Police Check, PRODA account
