About the Role
Our Client is seeking a proactive lawyer to support their risk, compliance, and quality management frameworks. Reporting to the Head of Risk Management and Compliance, you will play a key role in client intake, data governance, and legal compliance.
This permanent role is available full-time or part-time (minimum three days per week).
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing quality and risk systems (ISO9001, ISO31000).
* Advising on legal ethics, conflicts, and compliance.
* Overseeing client intake, KYC, and AML processes.
* Reviewing client agreements and supplier contracts.
* Supporting governance, privacy, and cybersecurity initiatives.
* Conducting audits, policy updates, and training.

About You
You are a qualified lawyer with at least three years of post-admission experience, specializing in regulatory compliance, risk, and quality management. A strong understanding of Solicitors Conduct Rules and legal professional legislation is essential.
