About You:To be successful in the role you will possess the following attributes: Demonstrated high level of negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of legislation and departmental policy pertaining to real estate management including but not limited to Planning Act 2016, Economic Development Act 2021 and the Land Act 1994. Demonstrated ability to be flexible and manage multiple competing priorities within short timeframes. Accurate record keeping and reporting capabilities. Although not mandatory, qualifications or industry experience in property services, including town planning, will be beneficial.
