Pathfinder Recruitment is assisting a Boutique Law Firm who specialises in Family Law to find their next superstar administration support. This small and friendly team are looking for someone to be the glue that keeps this business together. The ideal candidate will have worked in Law or an Accounting Firm previously and is experienced in setting up processes and procedures. You will be someone who is happy to jump in and make things happen.
About the role:

* Provide high quality administration support to the Partner and wider team
* Creating, Organise and maintaining electronic and paper filing
* Diary and email Management
* Drafting documents and correspondence
* Creating and maintaining new processes and procedures
* Liaise with client ensuring clear and professional communication
* Implementing HR policies
* Event management
* Organise and maintain electronic and paper files
* General administrative duties (scanning, filing, copying and printing)
About you:
* Previous experience working within a boutique Law or Accounting firm
* You must love setting things up from scratch and maintaining it
* Have a ‘can do’ attitude
* Strong interpersonal skills
