You are flexible and adaptable and able to think on your feet and respond professionally to changing circumstances.About the RoleReporting to the Chief of Staff, in this role you will be the face and the first point of contact for the Office of the Vice Chancellor (OVC). You will provide confidential, high level executive and operational support to the Vice Chancellor. This role will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and is critical to the constructive and efficient operation of the OVC team.Essential Skills and ExperienceSignificant experience in providing support to senior managersSuperior interpersonal/communication skills and experience building relationships and demonstrating the highest level of customer service with a diverse range of people and cultures at various levelsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and anticipate future requirementsDemonstrated ability to produce quality correspondence with high level attention to detail and the ability to provide editing and presentation assistance on a broad range of documentationDemonstrable alignment with the University's values and cultureBenefitsGetting a great job working with the best is just the start.
