We act for humanity.About the role The Immediate Housing Relief for singles and couples (IHR) program responds to the challenges faced by the housing market and homelessness specialist accommodation providers in the economic climate. The program aims to provide case management support alongside immediate crisis accommodation support for singles and couples experiencing homelessness within a client led-case management model.What you will bring Sound casework/ case management experience including holistic assessment of client needs and development of case plansExperience in working with marginalised people in the communityExperience in working competently with staff and clients from cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds with respect and humilityProven ability to provide high quality, specialist casework support and case managementApplication of knowledge, skills and experience in a variety of client practice approaches and frameworksWell-developed interpersonal and written communication skillsA current Working with Children check (Blue Card)Benefits that act for you, while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing: In addition to your pay, you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your pay.
