Successful and growing national retailer with large format stores: Dynamic and passionate team environment Sydney head office with hybrid working on offer Top package Flat organisational structure Parking on offer Reporting directly to the founder/CEO key areas of responsibility include: Financial strategy and leadership Financial control and compliance Cash flow and treasury management Operational and commercial support Technology, systems and process improvement Leading and mentoring the finance team To be successful, you will demonstrate: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant financial leadership experience ideally in a retail environment.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
Experience in treasury management, financial modelling, and risk assessment.
Proven ability to implement and enhance financial systems and reporting structures.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), accounting software, and financial forecasting tools.
