About our Client
Our client has a world class metaliferous processing site positioned on the outskirts of Townsville and are seeking an experienced labourer with a forklift ticket for the Castings section.
What You Will Be Doing
As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client's production requirements. You will be required to work 2 nights/2 days on and 4 days off working 12 hour shifts.
Day Shift - 5:45am-6:00pm
Night shift - 5:45pm-6am
Your main responablities and duties will include;
* Operating Forklifts
* Pre-start checks
* Maintain equipment
* Operate equipment safely
* Follow company policies and procedures
What You Will Need
* Current Drivers Licence
* Current Forklift Licence
* Production oriented with a focus on achieving results for both yourself and for the company
* High levels of initiative and the ability to work well under pressure
* Your key focus is safety with a high attention to detail to abide by site procedures.
* Able to complete pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
