Job Description
Key Responsibilities
o Conduct consultative business reviews with existing customers.
o Identify decision-makers and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
o Meet and exceed sales targets through solution-based selling and proactive engagement.
o Stay informed on market trends and provide strategic insights.
o Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and reporting.
o Manage a portfolio, generating leads through internal teams, marketing campaigns, and self-sourcing.
o Work in tandem with cross-functional departments to ensure product adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
o Drive revenue through selling value-added solutions.
The Successful Applicant
Skills and Experience
o 2+ years of consultative sales or business experience (SaaS, tech sales, or FMCG preferred).
o Proven ability to influence and educate customers with insights.
o Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
o Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
o Proactive in generating leads.
o SaaS experience is highly preferred.
