With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, they are leaders in their market. Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their small team immediately. This role will support the AP function over the next month on a part-time basis, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, responding to vendor inquiries via phone and email regarding invoices and payments. Manage new supplier setups, including credit applications and updating vendor details. Accurately enter and process a high volume of invoices into accounting system. Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Reconcile supplier statements with invoice data Other ad-hoc duties as required by reporting manager. About You: MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE 2 years’ experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role. Experience with Myob is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle a high volume of invoices. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
