About the roleIn this full time, front of house position, you will provide reception, generalist admin and general office support for a team of professional staff. You will work in a collaborative group with opportunities to further develop skills in legal administration and this role will suit candidates who enjoy working in a close-knit team environment.

Day to day you can expect the role to include:
Front of house reception support throughout the dayIncoming call management and triageManagement of deliveries and mailManaging meeting room bookingsGreeting clients and stakeholdersArranging refreshments and catering as required for client meetings and eventsEnsuring stationery, office and kitchen supplies are ordered and maintainedAssisting with organising external and internal office eventsLiaising with contractors and facilities/maintenance supportFirst aid officer and fire warden dutiesAssisting with workstation/office set up, IT equipment etc including for new starters and liaising with firm IT support functionPhotocopyingArchivingGeneral assistance with office support and administrative duties as requiredThe role will also support the Legal Assistants within the office and provide overflow support when needed. The successful candidate will be trained and developed over time to assist the Legal Assistants.
About youYou will have prior experience in administration, reception or office support, ideally from a legal, professional services or government background. You will have a genuine interest in developing your career in legal admin support with a can-do attitude and commitment to achieving client/ firm outcomes.

While the position is full time, we are open to flexible arrangements such as part time (minimum of 4 days) or school hours over 5 days.
