UGL is the lead contractor for preventative and corrective maintenance for VIVA Energy who supply 50 percent of Victoria's fuel. We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Timesheet Administrator to join our operations team based on site in Corio, Geelong. The Role As an experienced Timesheet Administrator, you will be charged with collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of timesheets on a daily basis for approximately 200 staff. Responsibilities include; Reconcile and review timesheets against gate times Proactively follow up on any inconsistencies or missing timesheets Process timesheets into UGL systems accurately by 2pm daily Handling pay queries, checking accuracy of pay slips. Working with trackers and reporting About You Experience in a payroll/timesheet role within a large organsiation You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask whilst working to deadlines. You are proficient with the MS Office suite of apps.
