Job Description
Our client's finance team is seeking an efficient financial administrator to work on a high volume backlog of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Providing hands-on assistance in conducting and assisting with a range of financial administrative duties.
* Downloading information and following up on cash delivery orders, invoices, partner payments and refunds.
* Identifying, highlighting and communicating outstanding issues to other parts of the business and stakeholders.
* Manipulating large amounts of data to compile reports.
* Analysing information to solve problems, demonstrating resourcefulness, perseverance and accountability.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in financial administration.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience working in high volume transactions.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Good communication and people engagement skills.
