As quality controller you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to ensuring the quality of our products.
The role:
* Execute thorough product and quality assessments, promptly addressing and escalating any issues related to product quality
* Implement good manufacturing practices in line with policies and procedures
* Ensure quality, service and delivery performance are at exceptional levels and always improving
* Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained
* Maintain records and report outcomes
* Liaise with the Production team on quality issues
About you:
* Proven experience from a previous quality control position
* Experience working with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and understand the importance of adhering to the requirements
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Competent knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant and equipment
* Basic knowledge on handling measuring equipment & calibration
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement
