We are about doing the right thing and working with everyone to co-create a shared vision for the future of the region.About the RoleAs a Mechanical Planner within the Mt Arthur Maintenance Planning and Reliability team, you will develop the maintenance plan to support the overall department to deliver effectively and safely.In this role you will:Develop and communicate the 0-1 week maintenance planSupport and integrate with the 2-13 week planWork cohesively with production scheduling to enable dynamic schedule changesPlan work in accordance with the 1SAP work management processCommunicate and build relationships with key stakeholders to embed/adjust processes to support the projectDevelop and complete regular reporting activitiesAbout YouExperience in planning and scheduling within a maintenance environment and an understanding of work management processesExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across a range of teamsSound computer skills, working with 1SAP, Excel, and MS ProjectStrong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of cross-functional stakeholdersAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrong time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively drive an outcomeOn Offer to YouThis is a unique opportunity to have a rewarding career in a sought-after lifestyle location.
