These roles are located in Ivanhoe and Carlton, please see details below: Human Resources/Recruitment Advisor/Administrator Ivanhoe location - ASAP through until mid February 2025 $40 - $45 per hour Reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition, your role will involve: Advertising for recruitment requests through HRIS (Success Factors) Managing phone enquiries and service tickets relating to recruitment processes Onboarding (Managers and Candidates) Review job advertising to ensure compliance requirements are met and consistent with the brand Manage recruitment request approvals Strong attention to detail Previous HR experience essential Event Administrator Coordinator - Carlton location Work until end of February 2025 - $70K plus super (fixed term contract)Must have at least one year of event/admin experience plus outstanding customer service Your responsibilities will include: Assist the team with administration across all events, in particular Communities of Interest Assist with conference planning Maintain data integrity and database Assist processing, tracking and reporting of all event registrations Handle all event membership enquiries Liaise with external stakeholders, including Student chapters Oversee, manage and set up Student Chapter events Assist Finance team with management of payments Provide customer service to all conference attendees If you have the skills and experience we require, please don't hesitate to send your CV through for further consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
