Job Description IT Project Coordinator RoleAs an IT Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure and software application projects within the bank's technology division.Working closely with Project Managers, technical teams, and stakeholders, you will coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate deliverables for the Sydney Project across departments.Engage with stakeholders to achieve optimal project outcomes.Manage project timelines, deadlines, and governance requirements.Collaborate with teams to collect information and provide timely reporting.Key Skills and Experience:Minimum 2 years of IT Project/Program Coordination experience in Banking and Financial ServicesExperience in infrastructure and software development projects is highly desirable.Familiarity with IT infrastructure (e.g., networks, servers, databases) and software development life cycles (SDLC).Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.Ability to work with technical teams and collect relevant data.Competent in IT terminology with attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel and report preparation.
