About the Role: As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimising Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring seamless transitions from testing to production.
You will manage data integrity, security roles, system integration, and Power Platform solutions while supporting business units with configuration and customisation.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Dynamics 365 environment management, including transitions from test to production.
Set up new environments for business units with correct configurations.
Manage system data, including price lists and product catalogues.
Oversee Power Platform management, including Power Automate Flows.
Conduct data imports and refreshes to maintain system accuracy.
Manage security roles, user onboarding, and offboarding.
Provide system integration, configuration, and customisation support.
About You: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (environment management, data handling, and integrations).
Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate.
Proven ability to manage security roles, user access, and onboarding processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g.
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Customer Experience Analyst, or Field Service Functional Consultant).
A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
