Rare opportunity to apply your deal structuring, financial analysis, and business acumen to make an impact.Your impactAs a key team member, you'll support Relationship Executives in writing new money lending transactions, conduct research, and build an industry-specific database to drive growth.
You'll analyse and assess risks and opportunities, focusing primarily on deals exceeding $10M.Do work that mattersYou will perform due diligence, financial modelling, and application risk analysis throughout the lifecycle of acquiring new diversified transaction deals.Identify and research new-to-bank prospects, prepare pitch packs, and draft complex client white papers.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including credit and product partners, external advisers and clients.
Contribute to the core focus of quality, revenue growth, credit management, and minimising losses.To be a success in this role, you will requireA degree in accounting or finance and expertise in cash flow and complex financial analysis is essential.
Experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, or restructuring will give you an edge.Commercial credit experience as an Analyst, Assistant Manager, Associate, Senior Associate, or Credit Manager is advantageous.Exposure to credit writing and submissions for commercial, corporate, or institutional banking.Familiarity with complex lending and diversified structuresStrong communication skills are also key.
