Where others see challenges, we see more interesting investment experiences. Every person, every skillset, every mindset is an asset. We’ve got every future generation to consider, yet our approach to investing is incredibly pure: we think about it deeply, and daily. Ours is a culture where great people grow the future together, with the rare ability to work collaboratively, think freely, and make a real difference.

The Opportunity
The Future Fund Management Agency has embarked on an ambitious transformation journey over the past four years, significantly enhancing its investment data, information and technology capabilities. As part of this transformation, we have established the Investment Data Management (IDM) function, which includes four key teams:
* Data Operations and Change. This team oversees the end-to-end operational lifecycle of the Agency's investment data, enabling effective decision-making and implementing new initiatives and changes.
* Data Governance and Experience. This team ensures data integrity, reliability, and the future-proofing of the data function by governing the Agency's investment data. It also focuses on providing a user-friendly experience for accessing and comprehending the Agency's investment data.
* Relationship and Business Unit Management. This team manages relationships and strategic alignment with our data and data technology providers, supporting the management of the IDM business unit.
* Knowledge Management (KM). This team delivers information management services and advice to enhance the Agency's ability to capture, maintain, and share knowledge effectively. It also manages knowledge systems and oversees the sourcing and management of research content.
We're thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled information and Investment data management specialist to play a key role within the KM function. The role focuses on delivering KM initiatives and supporting information and data systems to enhance Agency knowledge capabilities.
As an Analyst, you will act as a subject matter expert in Information Management, providing guidance to agency stakeholders across both operational and project initiatives.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Knowledge Management team in implementing the KM strategy, with a strong focus on administering the EDRMS and other KM systems, along with supporting additional team initiatives as needed.
