About the role
The Machine Operator role is a Full-Time position, based at Darra, QLD. Reporting to Operations Manageryou will be operating the machines in the factory that produces Rooftiles.
* Operating multiple machines, fault finding and performing quality control checks
* Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to 5S Standards in the work area
* Recording data on quality sheets
* Conducting oil level checks
* Resetting and starting tile machines
* Refilling sand bins as needed, with relevant certifications
* Assisting in other roles when necessary
* Ensuring cleanliness of recycle conveyors
* Performing asset care in accordance with CSR PM Way standards
* Upholding high standards of housekeeping
What you bring to the role
* Demonstrated progressive experience in a production or process technical role in a similar industry (warehousing or large manufacturing environment)
* A strong commitment to safety awareness
* Willingness to learn and absorb new information and skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
