Interpath Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team in Ballarat, VIC 3350. This part-time role will be responsible for a variety of accounts-related duties, providing essential support to our finance department.
Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and customer account management. Assist with expense management, reconciling expenditure and reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely and organised documentation. Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Collaborate with the finance team to resolve accounting discrepancies and queries. Perform data entry tasks and general administrative duties as required. What We're Looking For Relevant experience (ideally 3+ years) in an accounts assistant or similar role. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Proficient in the use of accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines. Strong organisational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
