This role involves engaging directly with employers and industry stakeholders to identify current and emerging training requirements, as well as implementing innovative teaching and learning strategies to develop dynamic partnerships with VET and Higher Education providers for the benefit of the South West region.Working closely with the Director of Education, Heads of Departments, and Teaching Education Managers, you will ensure the efficient planning, administration, and delivery of innovative educational programs. You will focus on cost-effective solutions while maintaining compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.To be successful in this role, you will be a proven senior leader with significant experience in leading, developing, and engaging multi-disciplined, integrated, and geographically dispersed teams to achieve student and stakeholder-focused outcomes. You are a collaborative leader with a track record of setting up teams for success, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence in challenging and complex stakeholder environments.
