About the Role: The Residential Service Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Aged Care home. This position ensures the highest standards of resident care, compliance, and operational efficiency while fostering a positive workplace culture and maintaining the facility’s strong reputation. As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for: • Leading and managing the facility, ensuring it meets high standards in care, compliance, and operational efficiency. • Enhancing resident experience by fostering a warm, home-like environment and promoting resident choice and dignity. • Overseeing care governance to ensure safe, high-quality care in line with aged care standards. • Financial and operational management, including budgeting, occupancy, and business growth strategies. • Driving recruitment, retention, and development of a skilled and engaged team. • Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement in quality, safety, and service delivery. We’re seeking an experienced aged care leader who: • Has strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and aged care services. • Holds AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. • Has at least 3-5 years of management experience, with two years in a residential aged care setting. • Is passionate about quality care, resident engagement, and operational excellence. • Has strong financial acumen, HR management experience, and a focus on compliance and governance. • Holds tertiary qualifications in business, finance, management, or HR (highly desirable).
