Your work will directly contribute to the achievement of the client's strategic objectives and align with broader government initiatives. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on inclusion and diversity initiatives. Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes. Analyse people metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of key programs. Lead policy reviews, ensuring alignment with best practices for an inclusive workplace. Promote Fairness, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives across the department. Develop comprehensive business proposals and written reports to support strategic implementation. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
