Provide a high quality, person-centred service to help promote independence for our clients living in the community. This role is diverse and dynamic, responsible for the assessment, management and treatment for clients referred with various health conditions.
You will work with a supportive and motivated team that will ensure you are well prepared and supported for each client you see. We are dedicated to building a roster that works for you and gives you time to build a client base that is rewarding and varied.
