Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong customer relationships with key clients in the Bridgewater region of Tasmania.
• Provide superior agronomic advice and inputs to enhance crop production, resilience, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with branch staff to drive promotions, merchandising, and sales performance.
• Conduct soil testing and analyse factors affecting production to offer informed fertiliser, nutrient, and soil recommendations.
Requirements:
• Passion for Australian agriculture and solid understanding of products and production systems.
• Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application.
• Experience building enduring partnerships with customers and delivering agronomic advice and services.
• History of success in executing sales outcomes using specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products and application.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Tertiary education in Bachelor Agricultural Science.
• Drivers licence and forklift licence.
