This role involves translating business needs into effective processes and ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements while supporting supply chain operations. It also focuses on analyzing challenges, fostering collaboration, and driving data-driven improvements to enhance system efficiency and continuous process improvement.Your key responsibilities:Analyse business processes/systems to identify improvements and optimise operational efficiency.Oversee WMS functionality, ensuring sales and operations compliance, workflow optimisation, and managing system enhancements.Design and implement integration solutions, including testing, documentation, and risk mitigation.Develop process flows and data mappings to enhance cross-system connectivity.Collaborate with IT teams/vendors to deliver aligned technical solutions.Facilitate stakeholder workshops to clarify requirements and drive strategic alignment.Mentor teams on system best practices (i.e. IFS ERP) and support knowledge transfer.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet evolving business needs.Regularly review supply chain processes to identify opportunities for system enhancements and improved efficiency.About youStrategic Thinker – Proven ability to analyse business requirements and develop innovative technical solutions for seamless system and process integration.Supply Chain & WMS Expertise – Hands-on experience in warehouse management system (WMS) optimisation and enterprise tools like Power BI and Excel.Data-Driven Decision Maker – Skilled in process design, trend analysis, and creating insightful dashboards that drive efficiency and performance.Exceptional Communicator – Adept at aligning stakeholders across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic execution.Change Management Champion – Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process improvement, driving meaningful and sustainable change.Independent & Detail-Oriented – Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure settings while maintaining precision and quality.Educational Background – A tertiary qualification in business, manufacturing, or a related field is highly desirable.Proficiency in Business Tools – Strong analytical and presentation skills with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Quality Standards Knowledge – Understanding of quality systems and industry standards, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.Innovative Mindset – Passion for leveraging emerging technologies and automation to optimise workflows.Collaborative Approach – Enthusiastic about mentoring teams and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.Benefits of working with us includeFlexible Working - All flexibility requests are genuinely considered.
