compliance oversight and advice over Institutional Division's implementation of the I.AM Amplified Program.This requires working in close liaison and forming strong relationships with Institutional Line 2 teams across all Business Units and Countries to uplift capability across NFR Framework, Reporting and Systems.The role also supports Country Risk Theme Officers (CRTOs) to embed their role in BAU as part of the NFR Operating Model.Role Type: 7 month Opportunity until 30 June 2025Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: Full TimeWhat will your day look like?This role is accountable for:Supporting the delivery of a Line 2 Review & Challenge Program for the implementation of I.AM Amplified across the Division.Relevant activities include:Preparation activities to help design and shape an effective Review & Challenge Program for I.AM Amplified, working with Institutional Operational Risk & Compliance LT and aligning with Enterprise Line 2 expectations and standards.Identifying and using data to enable clear articulation of insights and opinions on Adoption activities across the Division to ensure quality standards are met and identify opportunities for improvement.Liaising with Institutional Line 2 teams as appropriate to provide further information from the I.AM Amplified Program, answer queries and ongoing support.Education of NFR Framework, Reporting and System requirements across Line 2 Risk Officer and CRTO teams through relevant training, comms and ongoing support to ensure the successful embedding of the NFR Operating Model.Provide feedback and be involved in initiatives with Enterprise and across Divisions as part of continued Framework, Reporting and System evolution.What will you bring?Extensive experience in Non-Financial Risk or Audit (or similar experience through Operational Risk & Compliance, Line 1 or Line 2 roles)Knowledge and ability to use Risk Systems (i.e.IBM Open Pages, Service Now) and other Risk Toolkits and DashboardsStrong Data analytical skillset – i.e.ability to synthesise large volumes of data to provide insights and opinions, including identification of improvement opportunitiesAbility to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships, across an international footprint.An ability to think about complex issues in a strategic manner, considering the broader context and implicationsDesire to work in a collaborative team environment with a values led culture.Curious mindset with a willingness to learn.Proven ability to influence and ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional mannerConfidence to own your opinions and challenge in a professional mannerExcellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills, with attention to
