The Role This part-time temporary Customer Service position is working Monday to Friday 2pm – 6pm and will be for approximately 8 weeks.
You provide phone-based support to aged care clients, assists with basic data entry, and handle various administrative tasks.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in customer service while helping others.
The hourly rate for this position is $33.96 + super.
This role requires someone to start immediately!
Key Responsibilities : Assist aged care clients over the phone, providing friendly and helpful support Perform simple data entry and administrative tasks Ensure records are kept up-to-date and accurate Support the team with other customer service duties as needed Requirements : police check (mandatory) Strong communication skills and a caring, empathetic approach Detail-oriented and willing to learn Ability to work independently as well as part of a team You must be available to start IMMEDIATELY!
