HCM Domain Architect
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HCM Domain Architect to join our clients People and Culture transformation program. You will play a key role in modernizing their HCM technology stack, leading migrations, and helping the migration from SAP to Workday.
Key Responsibilities
* Architecture & Delivery
o Provide strategic direction for HCM solutions, driving business and technical outcomes.
o Lead the end-to-end delivery of HCM initiatives, ensuring integration with third-party systems.
o Influence and align technology solutions with P&C transformation goals.
* HR Transformation & Integration
o Oversee the migration of HCM capabilities, enhancing the colleague experience.
o Engage stakeholders to guide technology delivery aligned with the target state.
o Resolve complex architectural challenges in HR systems.
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience in HCM solution architecture and integrations.
* Deep knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, and ADP.
* Proven ability to drive HR transformation projects and influence stakeholders.
* Ideally worked on a migration from SAP to Workday
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
