Administration and Customer Service Officer Building Industry Training Pty Ltd is a growing leader in their field and operating RTO, servicing clients including over 1200 apprentices/trainees throughout Queensland. Due to continual growth, we require an experienced administration person to join the team to carry out the following tasks: Answer telephone calls Providing support for trainers and assessors Creating / editing basic word documents The successful candidates will: Have previous RTO Experience (HIGHLY REGARDED) Be a fast accurate typist Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Have the ability to follow predetermined systems and procedures Be a team player Enjoy a fast-paced office environment Have exposure to a Customer Relationship Management database (highly regarded but not essential) How do I join the team?
