About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will partner closely with the Head of Sales for Australia and the Chief Marketing Officer to drive commercial growth.
* Champion commercial intensity across the business, ensuring alignment between finance and strategic goals.
* Lead long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, embedding data-driven decision-making.
* Enhance commercial performance, develop revenue growth strategies, and foster collaborative relationships with Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong balance of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.
* CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as proficiency in BI analysis tools.
* The ability to build trusted partnerships and communicate financial insights effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences.
