Join our Parent Pathways West Melbourne team as a Site Manager, where you'll lead a dynamic team of Mentors and Senior Mentors, dedicated to providing a high-quality service to parents striving for long-term economic stability and wellbeing.In this business-focused role, you’ll oversee site performance, ensuring we deliver an outstanding values-driven service and meet / exceed KPIs and contractual standards. Site locations include: Hoppers Crossing, Werribee (full-time),, Altona Meadows, Manor Lakes, Altona North (outreach as required)The successful candidate will be responsible for: Provide direct line management and oversight for a team of Mentors, ensuring all KPIs and other contractual obligations are achieved Collaborate with regional teams and the Regional/National Manager to craft, refine, and enhance a local business plan tailored to program objectives Take charge of operational delivery and team management within the Parent Pathways region, ensuring we deliver exceptional results Oversee multiple sites across the region with travel to ensure all locations are well-supported Maintain a deep understanding of local caseloads, key employers, services, schools, training providers and other relevant partner organisations Participate in performance appraisals and foster effective communication to enhance staff retention, development, feedback, and recognition Adhere to OH&S policies, understand, and apply Deed and guideline requirements, and stay updated with contractual changes to guarantee top-quality service About you Tertiary qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services or other relevant areas is Experience leading or delivering an employment or other relevant support service, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment and provision of post-placement support and verification Relevant lived experience would be highly valued, as it enriches our support for participants experiencing barriers, whilst navigating a complex system.
