John Paul College, Frankston is a Catholic co-educational secondary school with a rich heritage in the traditions of the FCJ sisters and the Marianists.We believe every student's success is grounded in quality learning and teaching, and a school culture that fosters wellbeing, promotes resilience and inspires faith in action.We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Principal in the daily operations of the College.This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Principal's office, working closely with the Leadership Team, School Advisory Council, and various stakeholders to uphold the College's mission and values.Please note, this is a full time position with 7 weeks annual leave, which requires working during some school holidays.Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Principal, including diary management, drafting correspondence, and coordinating meetings.Prepare and manage documentation for internal and external meetings, ensuring timely distribution and accurate record-keeping.Serve as Minute Secretary for the College School Advisory Council and Leadership Team, handling agendas, minutes, and meeting logistics.Maintain and update College policies and procedures.Support the Principal in organising whole-school events, including catering arrangements.Ensure compliance with the College's Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy and Child Safety Code of Conduct.
