Job Description:
The Sales Systems and Process Coordinator will assist the Group Sales Team in optimising sales opportunities, focusing on sales conversion and administration support. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to various teams, such as Conference & Events Sales, Property Management Systems, Revenue and Distributions, and Group Accommodation.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in sales administration, with a strong understanding of the fast-paced nature and high attention to detail required.
* Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
* Strong communication skills, with a range of stakeholders, both written and verbal.
* Customer focus, with a constant emphasis on positive interactions and improving customer experience.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Diploma or tertiary level qualification in Hospitality Management, Administration, Tourism, Events Management, or similar.
