You will be joining the team at an exciting time as the broader Systems unit evolves to support SAP cloud solutions including Ariba, Fieldglass, BTP, SAC and Datasphere) and leads the move from SAP ECC 6 to S/4 HANA.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the ongoing delivery and improvement of a range of timesheet, project systems and other administrative functions within SAP and Oracle Primavera unifier.
• Manage a range of maintenance and administrative functions within SAP and supervise a small team providing a help desk service.
• Manage the creation, maintenance and integrity of relevant master data, work breakdown structures and associated cost flows within SAP to facilitate reliable reporting.
• Lead the ongoing development and delivery of training in the use of SAP and related tools and processes. Explore innovative ways to achieve training outcomes.
• Perform a subject matter expert role and provide specialist advice to users and other stakeholders regarding the use of SAP and related systems to deliver business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to formulate solutions and recommendations for system issues and improvements. Plan and manage the execution of user acceptance testing to ensure functionality behaves as expected.
• Co-ordinate period end processing in SAP. Ensure that pre and post end of period checks and data reconciliations are completed to ensure the integrity of the data within SAP.
