Who We Are Looking for: A Customer Service Coordinator to be based in either Rockhampton or Orange
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have previous experience in sales administration or customer service roles
2. Be a team player with high energy and initiative and a can-do approach
3. Experience with sales order/inventory systems would be beneficial
4. Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal)
5. Be a motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
6. Possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively under pressure
7. Be comfortable working independently while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach
8. Exhibit a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
9. Have intermediate computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office essential, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems or inventory management software is desirable but not essential
10. Possess commercial acumen and be excited to perform ongoing follow up calls to customers regarding our products and service, and record contact in the CRM program accordingly.
11. Able to coordinate multiple tasks and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
12. Be passionate about rural business and agriculture
13. Be flexible to meet the demands of a growing business
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enable a great customer experience from order capture through to order fulfilment and delivery
2. As first point contact for customers regarding customer service calls, orders and status updates of shipments, you will respond to customer inquiries, orders, and concerns and when required, provide problem resolution in accordance with the company’s service standards.
3. Liaise with warehouses, transport providers, and aerial operators to ensure orders are managed through to delivery. Escalate issues to internal/external stakeholders and customers when required and manage their resolution in a swift manner.
4. Investigating and processing credit claims and stock returns.
5. Ensure outstanding sales orders are monitored daily and appropriate action taken, including communicating any changes to customers and Technical Sales Specialists
6. Provide high-quality sales support and coordination to Technical Sales Specialists and aerial operators.
7. Ensure that we maintain appropriate stock levels across warehouse locations to meet customer needs by proactively identifying low stock levels or increases in demand to the Production Manager in a timely manner.
8. Manage delivery schedules and ensure product orders meet customer needs.
9. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders and delivery statuses using inventory management software
10. Ensure the most efficient and cost-effective transport is used for all logistics including negotiations with new and current service providers
11. Liaise with sales team regarding customer quotations, and sales-related documentation.
12. Assist to maintain the CRM in conjunction with the team of Technical Sales Specialists.
13. Liaise with different areas of the business including marketing, inventory, and finance as required
14. Actively maintain strong product knowledge of goods being supplied
15. Support the sales team with marketing items and event preparation
16. Following up with customers post-service to monitor and report customer satisfaction
17. Support sales team with calls/customer liaison
