Job Description
A leading non-for-profit organisation seeks a strategic and experienced WHS Manager to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive Workplace Health and Safety strategies for clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess current WHS practices and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and execute customer strategy to ensure optimal safety outcomes.
* Influence senior leadership to drive business growth through safe practices.
* Consult with clients and companies on effective WHS strategies.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to staff on WHS best practices.
* Contribute to strategic planning and vision development.
* Stay ahead of emerging WHS trends and practices.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related field.
* At least 10 years' experience in senior WHS management, consulting experience preferred.
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
* Statement of Attainment in Internal Auditing.
* Automotive industry experience desirable, but not essential.
