PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE DEPUTY PRINCIPAL AND DIRECTOR OF CAMPUS OPERATIONS
The Personal Assistant to the Deputy Principal – Teaching and Learning and Director of Campus Operations plays a key administrative role at Mercedes College. This position provides comprehensive support to both the Deputy Principal and Director of Campus Operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the College’s academic and operational activities. The successful candidate will manage a diverse range of administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, report preparation, and record-keeping, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
In addition to general administrative support, the Personal Assistant will assist with the coordination of academic assessments, curriculum data management, and operational activities within the College. This role also involves supporting the preparation and distribution of student materials and managing timelines for exams.
This position requires a proactive and organised individual who can handle a variety of responsibilities with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting the educational and operational objectives of the College, working collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
This is an ongoing position working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm - 43 weeks per year.
