As a Funds Collections Officer, you'll help manage overdue accounts and guide clients back on track with their payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Contact clients via phone, email, or mail to discuss overdue payments and negotiate plans.
Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers throughout the collections process.
