About The RoleThe success of the practice manager is created by their ability to multi-task the needs of the business, it's people, operations and services of the clinic.The ideal candidate will thrive on managing a clinical setting which involves:Working closely with our lead vet you will be responsible for overseeing all operational tasks and daily running of the practice. Taking the lead on all employee matters including recruitment, workforce planning, rosters, health and wellbeing, recognition awards, people performance, training and development.Ability to be highly engaged in the customer experience and client loyalty activities, marketing, social media and complaint resolution.Managing the financial performance of the clinic including: stock control, accounts, wage management and profit and loss.Taking the lead on work health and safety compliance, as well as cleaning and presentation standards.Working closely with the team and lead vet to uphold industry standards and innovation, clinical governance and strategic direction and decisions of the clinic.You will be working closely with the Area Manager to champion any change, manage clinic performance, and drive client engagement.
