We are seeking to appoint an assistant conveyancer to support our busy conveyancing and property section. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Assisting with conveyancing files including conducting searches and preparing correspondence;
2. Liaising with clients and financial institutions;
3. Carrying out verification of identity and right to deal processes;
4. Arranging and attending settlements;
5. Providing administrative support to the firm.
Familiarity with Leap and basic accounting processes will be an advantage.
The role will require the candidate to work within a team environment, have strong communication skills, and an ability to generate documents using Word quickly and accurately.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
The position will suit a highly motivated and career-minded person and carries with it the opportunity for professional development and advancement. Ideally, the position is a full-time role; however, part-time will be considered for the appropriate candidate.
