Role Overview The Business Administrator / Personal Assistant at Clandestine Design Group will be a key player in supporting our CEO and design director. This multifaceted role combines business operations management, personal assistance, and bookkeeping responsibilities. The ideal candidate will contribute to our industry leadership while embracing our creative, gender-equal, and fun design culture. Work Location - This position is predominantly on-site at our office located in the inner city suburbs on the south side of the river in Brisbane. - Please note that there are no car parks available on site; however, metered street parking is accessible. - Public transport options are readily available, including buses and ferries. Key Responsibilities Business Administration - Optimize business operations for maximum efficiency. - Manage complex schedules and coordinate high-level meetings. - Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation and client relations. - Assist in financial planning and reporting. - Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO, team members, clients, and partners. Bookkeeping - Maintain precise financial records and manage accounts. - Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments. - Generate financial reports and contribute to budget planning. Personal Assistance - Primarily Manage the CEO's schedule, including travel arrangements however your resources may be called on to assist other Design Director and Staff Logistics. - Handle confidential correspondence and communications. - Support work-life balance through personal task management. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is a preference but not critical - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or personal assistance roles. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software (xero) - Experience in digital communication and social media management would also be of benefit Personal Attributes - Vibrant personality that aligns with our creative company culture. - Ability to inject enthusiasm into the workplace. - Proactive and creative problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
