Bathurst Regional Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced casual Animal Attendant to assist in operations at the Bathurst Animal Rehoming Centre.You will hold a Certificate II in Animal Care and be motivated to maintain high standards of animal welfare. Animal Attendants are required to undertake duties such as cleaning and disinfection of kennels/condos, and care and exercise of impounded animals.The successful candidate will demonstrate a high standard of customer service, assisting customers both in person and on the telephone in the release or adoption of animals.This is a casual role and candidates must be available to work on weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis.
