About Our Client
CC Medical is working closely with a leading public health care provider who need experienced Registered Nurses that specialises in mental health and have experience in community based mental health services such as case management, crisis work and forensic community or working with children and adolescents.

* up to $95K Base based on RN Level and Experience

Position Overview
We're looking for nurses experienced in assessment, case management, counselling, and/or therapy, preferably within the mental health field or a related sector. The role involves collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver suitable treatment tailored to the developmental needs of children, young individuals, and their families.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for:
* Belong to a dynamic and well supported team committed to delivering high quality mental health services to children, young people and their families/carers.
* Undertake clinical services through the provision of assessment, case management, and individual therapies, including the development and implementation of specialised treatment programs.
* Collaborate with an amazing and diverse group of clinicians as part of the collaborative multidisciplinary team, including the provision of support and consultation to other team members as required.
* Consult and liaise with the broader health system including GP’s and other Agencies to optimise service effectiveness, efficiency and continuity of care.
* Identifying key hospital, community mental health, community sector and primary health stakeholders building effective working relationships as required
Essential Requirements
* Current Driver’s Licence (only applicable where the occupant is required to
provide services to community-based clients).
* Experience in Mental Health is Essential
* For certain roles you must be able to work autonomously and independantly
