The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our team in Sunshine Coast. This is a permanent, full-time position where you'll play a critical role in maintaining and servicing our extensive product range.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager (QLD/NSW), your responsibilities will include:
Preventative and scheduled maintenance of HVAC systemsDiagnosing faults, malfunctions, and breakdowns and executing repairs with precisionProviding essential warranty support and technical expertiseWorking collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomesDelivering expert technical support to both customers and the Sales TeamUpholding rigorous safety standards as outlined in company policiesWhat You Bring
We're looking for someone with hands-on expertise and a proactive approach. You'll need:
Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air Conditioning and RefrigerationDual Trade Qualification (Refrigeration/Electrical Restricted) – highly regardedA valid driver's licenseStrong diagnostic, problem-solving, and time management skillsExperience handling breakdowns and maintenance across a variety of HVAC systemsAbility to work both independently and within a teamExcellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customersThis role is a unique opportunity to become an essential part of a growing, innovative team at the forefront of HVAC and Smart Home technology.
