Having Azure domain experience is a significant asset.
Handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations.
Strong communication skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Effective, polished interaction with customers to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issues; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence.
Drive and intellectual horsepower to resolve difficult customer issues; directly support customers through telephone, email, and chat services as applicable.
Cross-team collaboration.
Experience with networking concepts including Load balancing, Routing, Switching, and Security.
Experience and familiarity with networking tools (ping, tracert, wire shark, etc.).
Understanding geo-redundancy, CDN, and VPN technologies (site to site, point to site preferred, leased line).
Experience and understanding of the OSI model and related concepts.
